Message frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your rental activity. You will typically receive 2–6 messages per rental cycle (booking confirmation, pickup reminder, return reminder, and follow-up). Additional messages may be sent for time-sensitive service or account notifications.

We do not share your mobile number. Wind Car Rentals will never sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your mobile number with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile number is used solely for rental-related communications and account notifications, and is only shared with our SMS service provider as necessary to deliver these messages.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to the text messages we send. You are responsible for any such charges.

Opt out: You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message we send, or by contacting us at info@windcarrentals.com or (818) 404-2232. Upon opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. Reply "HELP" at any time for assistance.
