Campaign Terms & Conditions

1. Campaign Overview

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to any promotional campaign, discount offer, or special program ("Campaign") offered by Wind Car Rentals LLC ("Wind Car Rentals", "we", or "us"). By participating in any Campaign, you ("you" or the "customer") agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

• Campaigns are open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older and hold a valid driver's license.
• Customers must meet Wind Car Rentals' standard rental requirements, including a valid credit card and acceptable driving record.
• Employees of Wind Car Rentals, its affiliates, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
• Wind Car Rentals reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.

3. Campaign Duration

Each Campaign is valid only during the dates specified in the campaign offer. Bookings must be made within the stated campaign period. Wind Car Rentals reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate any Campaign at any time without prior notice.

4. Discounts & Offers

• Discounts apply only to the base daily, weekly, or monthly rental rate and do not apply to taxes, fees, insurance, or add-on products unless explicitly stated.
• Discounts cannot be combined with any other offer, coupon, or promotion unless expressly permitted.
• Only one discount or promotional code may be applied per booking.
• Promotional codes must be entered at the time of booking; discounts will not be applied retroactively to existing reservations.
• Discounted rates are subject to availability and may be limited to specific vehicle categories or locations.

5. Minimum Rental Requirements

Some Campaigns may require a minimum rental duration (e.g., a minimum number of days or weeks) to qualify for the advertised rate. Minimum requirements, if any, will be stated in the specific campaign offer.

6. Booking & Cancellation

• Campaign rates are guaranteed only upon confirmed booking and are subject to vehicle availability.
• Cancellations are subject to the standard cancellation policy outlined in our Service Agreement.
• Failure to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time may result in forfeiture of the campaign rate.
• Modifications to a campaign booking may result in the loss of the promotional rate.

7. Misuse & Fraud

Wind Car Rentals reserves the right to cancel any booking, deny any discount, or refuse service to any customer who, in our sole discretion, abuses a Campaign, uses fraudulent information, or attempts to circumvent these Terms. Promotional codes are non-transferable and have no cash value.

8. Liability

Wind Car Rentals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in a Campaign. All rentals remain subject to our Service Agreement, including liability limitations and insurance requirements.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Campaign Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on this page with the updated "Last updated" date. Continued participation in any Campaign after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
