Can I rent a car if my drivers license is not from the US?
Yes we can rent you a car if your drivers license is international as long as you have a passport, security deposit will be higher.
When will I get my security deposit back?
Security deposit will be returned within 48 hours after you return the car.
Why do you charge a security deposit?
Security deposit is charged in case you get a parking ticket or you return the car dirty or you even smoked in the car and such.
What's not included in the insurance?
Insurance does not include any flat tires or window and glass.
Can I return the car earlier than the contract agreement?
Yes, you can return the car earlier than the contract agreement. However, the price will be according today week or month rate.
Do you offer delivery and pick up of the car?
Yes, we offer delivery and pick up the car for a fee.
Can I pay with Zelle, cash or credit card?
Yes, we accept all form of payments.
What happen if my car break down due to mechanical issues?
If your car breaks down, we will replace your car and we will tow it away and you will get a replacement car or a refund for the days not use
Can I drive the car outside of the LA area?
Yes, you can drive outside LA area however we will not be responsible for any towing if needed. You will have to cover it from your own pocket.
What is the mileage allowance?
We are allowing 2000 miles per month and then $.25 for each mile after.
Can I rent a car for Wright DoorDash and such?
No, unfortunately, we do not rent car for DoorDash and use for this kind of work.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes, you can extend your rental. All you have to do is give us a call and pay the balance.
